qkpk Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

Eligibility to Use qkpk

Access to qkpk is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. qkpk is an adult-only platform and does not permit access by anyone under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from Bangladesh and are not subject to any legal restriction in your jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts participation in online gaming activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party. The use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party account management services is strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously had a qkpk account that was suspended or closed for breach of these Terms, and you are not a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of qkpk.

qkpk reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting identity documentation. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any outstanding balances handled in accordance with our verification procedures.

Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one account on qkpk. Opening duplicate accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is a breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. To register, you must provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. qkpk will never contact you by phone or email to request your password.
• Any activity performed from your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify qkpk support immediately at [email protected].
• qkpk may require additional KYC documentation — such as a copy of your national ID card or utility bill — before processing withdrawal requests or at any point deemed necessary for compliance purposes.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of ৳50. You will be notified before any fee is applied.

Deposits and Withdrawals

qkpk processes all deposits and withdrawals via verified mobile payment channels. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotions offered by qkpk are subject to the following general terms. Specific bonus pages may include additional conditions that supplement but do not replace these general terms.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover). The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount, unless otherwise stated on the specific promotion page.
• Bonuses must be used within 14 calendar days of being credited to your account. Bonuses not used within this period will expire and be removed from your balance automatically.
• qkpk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, pattern betting to exploit bonus terms, and collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Free spins are valued at ৳10 per spin unless otherwise stated. Free spin winnings are subject to a 20x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per registered mobile number. Subsequent deposits may qualify for reload bonuses and other promotions as published on the platform from time to time.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

qkpk is provided for the personal entertainment of eligible users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with qkpk games or betting markets in a manner not available to regular human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing discrepancies in games or betting markets. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not payable and must be returned to qkpk.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated activity with other players designed to gain an unfair advantage or circumvent platform rules.
• Opening or operating more than one account on qkpk, or allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any activity in breach of applicable Bangladesh law.

qkpk monitors platform activity continuously. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be closed without notice. In serious cases, relevant information may be disclosed to law enforcement or financial authorities as required by applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

qkpk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all adult players. The following tools and resources are available to all registered users:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time by contacting support. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Time-out: A time-out period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days can be applied to your account on request. During a time-out you cannot deposit, bet, or access real-money games.
• Self-exclusion: Permanent or indefinite self-exclusion is available by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclus ion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from qkpk without prior written consent. Game content is provided under licence from certified providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, and NetEnt, and is subject to those providers' own intellectual property terms.

Limitation of Liability

Amendments to These Terms

qkpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Your continued use of qkpk following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. qkpk will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes via the mobile number or email address associated with their account, but is not obligated to do so for minor or non-material updates.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh. This policy protects both parties and ensures a clear written record of all communications.
